This workshop will explore KnowledgeOwl features and workflows for authoring content, including:
- Categories and articles
- Author Roles, Teams, and permissions
- WYSIWYG overview
- Reusable content (topic articles, shared content articles, snippets)
- Versioning
- Manage (filters, bulk edit, exports)
- File management/image best practices.
