What to expect from the bootcamp
- Intimate setting: the cohort is capped at 12 participants to allow for a wide diversity of perspectives to be present in a room where everyone can engage, be heard, and get support.
- Six-month intensive program: the aim of the bootcamp is to help you achieve a successful knowledge base revamp in 6 months.
- Opening kickoff (two consecutive half-day sessions): Kick start your knowledge base revamp.
- Monthly half-day sessions: Monthly half-day sessions facilitated by our dream team of owls instructors over the course of six months.
- Private Slack channel: Connect with owls and peers, ask questions in real-time, share resources, and collaborate on projects for support, networking, and staying engaged throughout your revamp.
- Monthly office hours: Dedicated time and space to provide an opportunity to ask questions, receive personalized feedback, and dive deeper into challenging topics to ensure you stay on track and achieve your goals.
- Continued support for 6 months: Ongoing monthly office hours and facilitated support to help you implement success and sustain positive change after the six-month bootcamp.

Meet your owl instructors
Kate Mueller is the Documentation Goddess of KnowledgeOwl, a seasoned technical writer who’s written and maintained documentation for companies in broadcasting, financial services, IT, and software for 15+ years. She also is the owner of knowledge with saas, a knowledge management coaching business.
Marybeth Alexander is the CEO and founder of KnowledgeOwl, helping people create and manage their knowledge base websites for over a decade.
Combined, these two pack a powerful punch of experience and problem-solving abilities with KnowledgeOwl’s characteristic helpfulness.
Cost and sign-up details
The 6-month bootcamp is $6,000 per seat, with a limit of 12 seats.
